As for the roofing, I *probably* would not use a company that the tenant worked for unless it was really soft picking for a decent contractor or they were the best and cheapest in town.

I don't get off work until 9 or shortly after on Saturday mornings in New Berlin.

They are home either Thursday night to Sunday night or Friday morning/afternoon through Monday morning.
