Louis, Kansas City, Jackson MS, Atlanta, Cleveland, Columbus, Little Rock, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Detroit, Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga, Birmingham, Huntsville, Sarasota, Orlando, Tampa, and more.

But you can get good cash flowing properties in other areas like Orlando or Tampa.

Lots of good stuff happening here in Orlando.

I have a long term goal to invest in real estate and planning on checking out Account Closed 's mentoring program over in the Orlando area.  

We have an MTR in Orlando FL, it is a condo and in a good location, however HOA fee is getting almost all of the cashflow.

I currently have properties in Orlando that I have managed myself for many years but I no longer live near Orlando and realized it is best for me to hire a Property Manager.
