Hi everyone! I am a native New Yorker who has relocated to the sunny beaches of the Emerald Coast. I recently found out about Bigger Pockets through reading about financial independence. As I dig deeper into FI, real estate has piqued my interest. I am currently working in the Emerald Coast for a technology company. I am interested in properties from Panama City through Pensacola but I am trying to stay close to home (FWB, Niceville, and Destin), as I learn the ropes of this business. I am invested in learning the in's and out's of house hacking.

As of right now, my goal is to purchase three single family homes in the Fort Walton Beach area by the end of 2017. Everyday I am taking steps towards my goal and I hope to grow using the resources on the BP website. I look forward to meeting others in the local area and creating relationships with people on the BP community.
