The first issue is that it places everything in a single "pot" of liability.

If you can't tip or do not want to but want to eat a steak then drive yourself to the grocery store, come back home and cook one, and then do the dishes.This whole discussion sounds simple to me.

It doesn't even matter if you are personally pro- pot or not.

@Chris Baxter we're insured with Cooke Insurance, as far as I know they do larger MF as well, could be wrong though

One of my mentors, Steve Cook, used to submit contract with no contingencies accept for financing.
