New Investor in SWFL, Naples, FL

Hello, My name is Steve. I am new to Real Estate Investing, and a brand new bigger Pockets Pro member.

My wife and I are looking to escape the employee lifestyle, and become masters of our own destiny. We have a toddler who is growing rapidly and becoming a force of nature. I currently work as an IT Administrator and work very hard. No matter how many times I rework my budget, my hard work doesn't seem to be paying off.  I can do better!

I am looking to start investing with Wholesaling, and Multi-Family Rentals, in a very difficult Southwest Florida market

I have read Multiple Real Estate books, taken a few seminars, and listened to several Bigger Pockets podcasts. I am very eager to find good deals and begin investing!

We are excited to be part of the Bigger Pockets community. Can't wait to talk to and learn from great people.

- Steve
