In the meantime I'm dealing with a property with continuing theft and vandalism and trying to keep it at my sale value, working with the county to do the necessary repair and abatement work to release the code compliance liens, getting IRS liens released, and trying to figure out if the tenant is crazy and needs a social worker.

In the last couple of years, many people here bought properties in Myrtle Beach, which has had a volatile market for resort properties.The tourism has done pretty well even during the crisis as many foreigners especially Canadians have taken the currency exchange advantages, and as a result, the Myrtle Beach airport is expanding.

We have many disadvantage as service members, however we also have unique benefits and social advantages.

You really need to protect the last 4 of your social, your address is out there, your DOB can be out there.

If you will not be able to drop off a compliance letter the next month because you interacted socially with them then do not go.
