Newbie ti BP, but not RE world. Been out awhile, not sure of what lending to get in CA. A little rusty one computer - and have never done social networking *unless you can count e-mailing!!!* Not yet sure how to naviagte on this site to find help. Hope to learn real soon and get very, very busy.
