Our intent when we bought it was to take over management but it turned out the company we use does such a great job keeping it booked all the time with zero headaches that we've decided they are more than worth it.

If you are at a net positive with that low rate it could be worth keeping.

There's maybe a handful of neighborhoods worth it's spit in Philly.

So investing a little bit of time, and effort (even money) into this, is well worth it.

It's out of control, just like looters stealing $900 worth of merchandise from a store with no repercussions. 

Well worth a look.  

Remember that your liquid cash is being eaten away due to inflation, which, to be blunt, is going nowhere.
