This means that I would rather take time to prepare a system for my business rather than just quickly rolling out a site just to "get started". 

I planned on doing the minor cosmetic fixes i know i can handle (sheet rock, paint, trim etc.) but my main focus is going to be managing the flip as a whole (contractors,scheduling) creating a system, and setting up the next deal.

LOL, I too bought that system but was not in the right mind set or place in my life to make it work at the time. 

Keep in mind the ductless mini splits hvac systems work well enough in the smaller style homes and are relatively cheap as compared.

If i am not mistaking, Landlord is responsible to provide drinking water, functional plumbing, cooking Stove, and heating.

Sure, everyone's right and you should have known and negotiated this before purchasing it but you didn't - water under the bridge.
