I believe with my skills and knowledge,  also with alot of work and my wife Patty's help as well as her encouragement I will be even more successful.

If I were in your position I would work to find someone who has been investing in your area and poses the skills and experience of managing properties, dealing with tenants, and trying to build their business.

I've been in tech sales for 15 years and have always been a top performer so have the skills that go along with that.  

Sniffing out dirtbags is a valuable skill that often requires painful experience to develop.

I suggest you do some BP learning on:- direct marketing- lease options - wholesaling lease optionsI'll be honest, the difficulties and skills needed are: - being able to negotiate with sellers, going into sellers homes and negotiating a sale face to face.- marketing for leads.  

That is a testament to your property management skills coupled with a sense of compassion.
