I'm just getting started in real estate investing in the Nashville Tennessee area to supplement my retirement income.  Even though my credit is good my resources are limited more than my time and abilities. I believe with my skills and knowledge,  also with alot of work and my wife Patty's help as well as her encouragement I will be even more successful. I am considering partnering with the right person who has financial resources to compliment my efforts and knowledge to move ahead while the Nashville market is accelerating.
