( lack of preperation from my site)I am in the process now to educate myself , as much as I can about 1031 exchange option.I want to be able to ask right questions during next expensive meeting with the lawyer orCPA.What I am looking for over her, for precious help....I am looking for recommendation of the websites which offer help with 1031,and this is their business,they do not require the client to be accredited investorthey provide the listing of properties for saleand what very important, they provide at least closely estimated analysisof the deal. The question I have is there are four camper trailers, two utility box trailers, an old tour bus, a couple of homemade trailer‘s, an old boat, two sheds, a play ground, four cars, and about 20 to 30 large white rabbits as well as a house full of junk.

We spent a little more then usual because we wanted the finished product to be hi quality and we spent on nicer finishes, design and staging.

I’ve made mistakes and lost some money on some of them BUT honestly the biggest mistake was the 2 years of analysis paralysis I spent before jumping in.

But whatever, it was a good crash course on turning an apartment (spent several weekends hauling out trash, painting, installing LVP flooring, lots of YouTube university).

I have a hard time thinking outside the box.
