In my e-book I focus a lot on wholesaling your sub2 deals to other investors.

I don't think buying a course on e-bay is unethical any more than buying a used book is unethical.

I also know Stephani has a great e-book for a great price on flipping REO's, you can see her website in her profile located here: http://www.biggerpockets.com/users/StephaniI would highly suggest hers due to you being in Florida and I know it's more likely for you to succeed with REO's there.
