Looking for advice on how to produce documents for a owner finance deal. Do I use legal zoom, a lender, or a real estate lawyer?

You now know everything you need to know about who the producers are, who is closing loans and taking names... it's the gals and guys back to back on the phone and meeting with people in person and on the phone, busy as a bee processing loan paperwork (and/or delegating that to an assistant) and shoving them through the pipeline.

I actually reached out to their lawyer and he said it would cost too much for them to redeem and that's why they didn't reply.It's now April 2020 and they apparently sold the mortgage to another mortgage company and the New mortgage company is now trying to redeem (they have not filed the official redemption paperwork just contact me via phone).

However, for most part, cannot sign up new tenants, and cannot process paperwork for new landlords.In hindsight, need to think about problems before they happen, and have in place preventive measures like section 8 tenants when regular tenants cannot pay.Terry

I was going to pay him some of it (reimbursement for receipts) but he already filed the Lien. 4 months later I had to settle even though he was given 30 days to correct paperwork or forfeit.

Interesting....I used my VA loan to buy 2 houses on 2 lots and it took about 6 months to close because there needed to be many exceptions signed and lots of supporting paperwork.
