Potential renter from abroad,no SSN

I have a potential renter in Florida who has moved to country 2 months ago as he bought a business. He is agreeable to pay 6 months worth of rent and for another 6 months after that.He does not have a SSN so can’t do background check.

The house is in an HOA community so I don't know whether they will agree.

What are your thoughts ?Should I agree or not?

@Deniz Eker C'mon Deniz would you find yourself immigrating to Italy w/o your passport? Does this guy have any picture ID? Can you not find a better applicant? Rent up front is never a good sign. When I immigrated to the US many years ago I made sure my doc's were always under control all the time, and you would do the same.
