But as the core of Silicon Valley expanded starting from 2013 (When FANG company suddenly expanded into the Sunnyvale-Santa Clara area and recruited too many engineers), people is starting to invest and move outside the typical San Jose/Sunnyvale/Mt View area to Fremont/Livermore/Dublin.In the last 5 years Dublin also experienced huge expansion, and then people move to Brentwood,Pittsburgh.Some people also move to Stockton, especially blue-collar workers.

One thing to be warned about is there are areas of Ocean View and other areas surrounding the base that there are restrictions.
