What does that work out to be per post card total?

Bought my first flip by cash-advancing a stack of credit cards (that I somehow managed to qualify for by returning "pre-approved" offers that came in the mail) using the money for $1,500 walking money for the seller plus fix-up costs, taking the property subject-to.

This forced me to in fact buy cash, but now I can fix my credit and come Jan 2015, be able to get mortgages for investment properties.I urge everyone with little, no, or poor credit history to 1) try and bump up any limits on pre existing credit cards. 2) try and open another card if you only have 1-2 cards (especially if you only have 1 card.) 3) try and use no more than 30-40% of each card's limit

How do I go about checking their credit, what about green cards, does that have anything to do with it, what else do I need to make sure I am covered, and am doing everything by the book?

We recently paid off all credit card debt and would like to start investing.

After that I learned how to do graphics, websites & promotions such as getting radio & tv commercials, printing flyers, b-cards & a whole lot more.

You can search the site without registering but to get the important details you need to register and that involves giving up your credit card info.

I'd rather not have one of those scam companies charge my Credit card continiously each month even when you try to cancel.What is everyones take?
