Great content to listen to, now I need to build a team and roll up my sleeves to learn the nuances of the financial part of RE.I'd like to learn more about multi-family properties as buy & hold units near campus, as well as MHP's. 

Not saying your upgrades wont get you the price point you want to be at, but I've learned to listen to the comps and the numbers.

I would say the best advice is to listen to those who have invested TK to share their experiences with individual providers and what they did or did not like about the TK purchase process.

I've taken the free course and have enjoyed listening to the podcasts, there's some great information there.

I have done the same these last few months in reading, listening to podcasts, asking questions, etc..

I had never listened to a podcast before until I listened to one from BiggerPockets.

Same goes for real estate, don't assume reading forums or listening to podcasts or reading any rehab book that you'll know and understand real estate.

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.
