hello, I am  a builder that wants to get into building my own multi family projects from the ground up and hold them.  This recession has been extremely hard on new residential construction, and not left us with a lot of extra cash.  I have drawn plans for town house style apartments that can go from a duplex to 12 units. I plan on starting slow with some duplexes. I am hoping that my sweat equity will be enough to cover down payments with banks.  Love to chat with others in my area

Rich
