@Estefania Concha Unfortunately your tenant is correct in the fact that you must have a "tenant at fault just cause" currently due to the tenant protection programs...normally this does not apply to single family residences owned by an individual. 

I personally don't recommend this until you are more experienced because one bad deal can ruin the partnership and your relationship with that individual (and maybe more);3.

For showings just consolidate them so you aren't doing it individually but in groupings 15 minutes apart that way it isn't so bad if a couple haven't read the ad.

So, you are able to select loan products that are a closer fit to your individual needs, but they may be a little harder to find, as there are few central marketplaces for them.
