They prefer > 100k unless you've proven a high volume of transactions.There is some private money that will potentially pan out on this one.

Higher end rentals still work well on the platforms too, but the volume of inquiries is lower.

Many of the 3" trap toilets actually have no flapper at all, which improves reliability and flush volume.

I guess with the home insurance, requiring renters insurance, an umbrella coverage, and just good management techniques the LLC might be over kill especially when dealing with volume.

@Jaron Walling Yeah, the 2% really adds up, if you start to do real volume then that extra 1% can seriously make it worth it.
