I am inquiring about the platforms you guys utilize to promote rental listings beyond Facebook Marketplace. Could you kindly share the additional channels or websites where you post your rental properties for optimal exposure and outreach?

@Cristopher Agosto

All you need is Zillow.com.  It is BY FAR the largest platform out there, and it works EXTREMELY well for us.  For our cheaper rentals, we will get 10-20 inquiries a day.  They come so fast and furious that we have to turn off the ad after a day or two because we are so inundated with inquiries.  We have always been able to fill our properties within 2-3 days using them.  Higher end rentals still work well on the platforms too, but the volume of inquiries is lower.  Maybe 1-3 a day.  We have 37 rentals and all we use is Zillow.com. We go through and contact the inquiries and schedule viewings and such after the get the leads from Zillow.

All the best!

Randy
