That likely means that if the business has its website, and the business is making the offers, and the marketing is paid for by the business, then I can keep my marketing clean.

I don’t have much money to offer but I do have time and can help cleaning properties for renovation and things of that matter.I’m starting to go to REI meetups in my area to build relationships but anything that this community can suggest for finding a mentor I would greatly appreciate it.

Most small mom and pop investors with 1-4 properties (all on 1040 with fairly clean books) we are in the range of $1,200-2,000.

Long story short, I put in a claim with the state and they settled with me after many phone calls for a dollar amount and did considerable work to the new road (new grading, storm drains, & cleaning the outlet a block down) and my property (retaining wall, moved my driveway, etc.) to help remedy the situation.
