. ; this is all directly applicable,to your own flipping someday..Then I would look at property management firm, even just doing maintenance or showings...Sounds like you know the score, but some young people expect the excitement and environment of hgtv, but for me it is just painting walls, cleaning units, doing showings, leases, rinse repeat...I would focus just on  learning, saving, meeting industry people...increasing skills you can leverage later when you have capital...
