Getting Skin In The Game
Hi everyone!
I have had my real estate license since 2013, and have been looking for ways to get involved in real estate investments while I finish school. I am 24 years old, have very little capital, and only have about 30-35 hours a week to donate to this endeavor. I am especially interested in fix-and-flips and property rehab(I'm a Construction Management student/builder), as well as rentals. In my search for Winter 2015/Spring&Summer 2016 internships, I have failed to come up with anything involving real estate investing. Do any of you guys have suggestions for how I can get some skin in the game? Thanks!

Do you work for a brokerage with a focus on investors? If not call around and see what brokerages focus on the investor niche and look into working there.
