and am i really the most qualified person to be the CEO of this business, or is it better to hold someone else accountable and I can go do what I would rather be spending my time on..It is like instead of buying a ticket on an airplane to go on vacation to Hawaii, you take flying lessons and learn to fly to do it yourself...

Since we last spoke we are getting a single family vacation/second home closed back home.

To keep the details simple, I acquired 7 acres of land (for an insanely cheap price) with only one structure (a house with tenants who are permanently vacating the property in a few weeks).

I’ve enjoyed rentals but thinking may be good time get rid of my HELOC debt while prices have gone up a lot.

We do not “need” to have this property, but would enjoy moving here if we can get it for the right price/payment.

I found a property while driving that said "order to vacate".
