Possible wholesale opportunity
Hello, I am a newbie interested in the whosaling. I found a property while driving that said "order to vacate". When i looked up the property on zillow it says that it was scheduled to be sold at forclosure. It doesnt say that it was sold and is currently statused at "listing removed". Lastly this property is seriously damaged and needs rehab before anything else can be done with the property. Is there anything i can do?
