Homesnap App...I found very helpful when i see a property and cant clearly locate the address etc.When i encounter these properties, I simple open the app in my phone and take a picture of the house and whala...the property address and other info are provided.

All these issues must be addressed even though zoning is OK.These are the issues I encountered.

since my houses are empty and I don't want to attract attention by having a sticker on the window,  so I just put the paper on the hardwood floor so when they look through the window,  they see it.  

I’m a real estate broker here in Los Angeles and even the “off market” deals that I encounter seem to not make so much sense.

There are alarm company stickers on every window and door.

It’s worked out well for me because it seems good tenants that I’ve encountered have only referred me other good tenants.
