Foreclosure list, absentee owners list bla bla bla... those people do NOT WANT TO SELL.Someone in foreclosure rather pour concrete down the drain, destroy cabinets and poop in the livinf room carpets beds and ceiling, than sell to you.Absentee owners?

I have seen some homes just recently that were destroyed within months by tenants.

The mobile home units are grandfathered in and can stay, but if they were to burn down or be destroyed the town would not allow the owner to replace them.

I love the idea though, it's basically like a NNN lease in commercial real estate, but a bit less scary IMO (since if one tenant leaves, you still have another 50 and there's not too much for them to destroy should they get angry at you).Anyway, see you around BP
