Hi All,

My name is Levi, and I currently work in Philadelphia and the surrounding area as a CPA for a public accounting firm. I have been listening to the BP podcast over the past few weeks, and I'm excited to learn about the world of real estate investing.

My primary area of interest lies in the purchasing and operation of mobile home parks within approximately 100 mi radius of the Philadelphia area. I am most interested in investing in the parks rather than the mobile homes themselves.

Anyway, that's enough about me - I'm excited to hear from all of you out on the forums!

 Welcome! You wouldn't happen to be a real estate CPA, would you? I've been looking for one of those for a while now...

Anyway, mobile home parks around Philly? I would have had no idea those exist in this area...who knew. I love the idea though, it's basically like a NNN lease in commercial real estate, but a bit less scary IMO (since if one tenant leaves, you still have another 50 and there's not too much for them to destroy should they get angry at you).
