I can't understand the mental gymnastics it takes to live/invest in a community that is so dangerous you have to have bars on your windows.

@Joe Splitrock when someone is really difficult and unreasonable, I believe that they are dangerous to your business.

I didn’t find that, but I did find a video basically going over the risks and dangers of getting into turn key real estate.

The initial funding and the ability to refinance successfully, it’s flat out dangerous (in a good way).

To stereotype a market and disregard these lessons is foolish and dangerous. 

Those jumpers look dangerous to me, regardless of their legal / authorization status.

I see dollar signs with a 700-800$ section 8 rent with nearly no overhead if I can get this thing with 10,000$, but I don’t know what dangers and problems to expect down the line.

The dangerous ones are the ones smart enough to take small contractor kickbacks over time.
