Stealing Electricity automatically voids contract?
Hello BP family,
Could someone experienced let me know if this is in fact circumventing the Electric company. I inspected a home today for a client and saw an electrical meter, without the meter (pic below). When I called Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) a few months ago (do to my suspicion) they advised me that the lights were in fact on legally but could not disclose the name of the individual who's name it was in. My spider sense tells me something is fishy here but I'm not sure if this is illegal.
