Just like I would never come to the bay area and pay 2 mil for the home I was raised in or the home the 2 I owned in Palo Alto that are north of 2.5 each.. but then again I am not in HIgh tech.I think we also have to remember that there is a lot of pacific rim buyers that affect this just getting money out of their markets for the so called safe haven.. same thing happened in Vancouver BCAny way... in the mean time I will continue to make my nickles a few pennies at a time and wait to see what happens ..

These properties are notorious for huge amounts of damage and expense just to get them rent ready again It's not unusual to have copper wiring and pipes stripped and AC's stolen.

I don;t really know, but I would think for less-focused bulk mailings (thousands of letters), a few pennies per letter are very important.
