Which kinda threw me off and made me feel guilty, then I remembered I did absolutely nothing wrong I was just the consumer stuck in the middle.I'll have to see if I get my money back from the 3rd party, I filed a claim yesterday.Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

The major issue that I am seeing is that dodd frank put an end to consumer hard money loans.

That translates into a lead who is both harder to reach and may be perceived as knowing about fewer choices. 

It doesn't matter whether you sell a product or a service, tangible or intangible, to consumers or businesses.

The population is lower and there tend to be fewer economic drivers making these markets, comparatively, riskier.

Or you can sell several small properties and "consolidate" into fewer more expensive properties.  

Combine that with the fact that younger consumers are spending less on retail purchases and more on things like travel, and eating out.The vacancy, home owner rates, tell me it is a good time to be a real estate investor.The DOW plunging tells me maybe I should consider buying the dip....and I am in fact adding energy stocks and mlp's.

Also thinking of having an assessment done of existing plumbing and seeing if we can be more proactive and maybe have fewer emergencies.

The only (not hard part) but (time consuming part) is answering the questions and setting things up.
