I'm looking for a good search engine criteria database for multi-family/commercial real-estate for sale.

I am an engineer involved in oil and gas well drilling, working in the field, which even though I am away from home a lot, it gives me time to do a lot of reading and research. 

I am a professional engineer by trade but I would like to make REI my profession.
