Are you in a place where you want to continue to grow and increase your cashflow or have you been in this for a while, have cashflow that satisfies you, and do not desire to acquire many more units?

Unfortunately due to COVID the City is taking several months to turn around recordings and several weeks to turn around lien certs... so this issue, now that it is known, could still take a while to remedy.

I’m definitely following this discussion because I’m thinking of using a HELOC to take my next step in acquiring an investment property.
