I had an interesting conversation with a police officer the other day.

We actually had an out-of-town owner in the next unit who rented out to like 17 people in a 3 bedroom, and police and social services were no help because they said no proof that many people live there (could be sister visiting with kids, etc.).

Commissions resources and their investigators work on a very limited budget and only want to allocate time to the most serious cases.It's kind of like with police in that if you call saying the neighbors dog's is barking too much versus them getting a robbery call they could care less about the dog call.Sellers use brokers and agents to weed through buyers to find the ones the seller is searching for.

I've actually had a police officer from a Township in Cincinnati, OH call me because my letter apparently scared one of their residents, lol.

I was going to ask my realtor to take me through to a few of them off Whetsel, then a couple of days later the horrible event of one of Cinci's police officers was shot and killed on those blocks of streets.  

Also, if he doesn't stop after numerous times being told to stop, am I able to call the police on him for having drugs or smoking in my home? 

They lost the right to lease from the people who made noises and police raid.

Require one complete payment, dont let them pay separately, they will police each other.

Homeowner wants them out, just call the police and have them removed!

Any money you’ve already paid is likely lost, but if you’re still in active communication with them it might be worth a visit to the police station to report that you’ve probably been scammed and see if they can work with you to get your money back.
