Squatters/Bums sleeping in dumpster bin!
I had an interesting conversation with a police officer the other day. We discovered a bum sleeping in a dumpster bin enclosure. We keep running him off however at night he returns. The cop said the best way to rid the nusiance is to buy pepper spray and spray on the ground. Becuase it is oil based is stays for about 7 day and while sleeping on the ground it will make you eyes and skin itch. This has proven to be an effective means to the problem. How have you handeled similar situations?
