Flipping, hold and rent or wholesale whats is better for a newbie like me, I was thinking in buying in Orlando Fl.

I have lived in Daytona Beach, Orlando and Tampa but for one reason or another I did not want to live there.

Hey Victor Pilgrim I'm finishing up Finance (by Sunday as I am on vacation in Orlando right now)...I think it's the 5th course.

They are located in Orlando but they are mobile and would be able to meet an individual at any location. 

Would prefer day time and North of Orlando
