Hey BP fam, I Have a friend that needs a good title co. In Florida, the FT. Lauderdale area.  Her brother died in the middle of a flip and we need to do a title search to verify what liens are on the house so we can get the house sold to recoup any down payment he put down, if there's anything left.  Can somebody recommend a good ie. real estate attorney or title co. to get us started???
