As long as you click owner occupant its an automatic approval with no evidence of occupancy needed outside evidence you own the unit such as a tax or utility bill.

Between Zillow and Mailed out flyers we have been in contact with numerous single and multifamily properties for less then $100,000 renting in the range of $1250-$1500 as long as it has a cleared Occupancy statement from the City.
