The general rule of thumb when looking for comps in Ogden (and much of Utah, for that matter) is compare properties to the north and south, not east and west.  

In Austin there's Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Georgetown to the North, Kyle, Buda, and San Marcos to the South and Bastrop and Manor to the East.

I have house that needs a good carpet cleaning as well as some light repair work where there are some bunched spots.  Can anyone recommend a service?
