That's what's unique about this, you never have a complete vacancy.

It’s a pretty cool niche that we are looking forward to diving into.

Much of the reason I have not moved faster when my owner personal investments is spending too much time chasing shiny objects vs just focusing on one niche and going after if. 

It’s true that many of the skills required for various asset classes are transferrable, but each asset class, market, and business plan have unique challenges that operators can only perfect by working in those situations over a significant amount of time.If an operator is new to a certain asset class or business plan, it is extremely important to know that they have been successful in other areas.

I picked name for my LLC and someone else have it can somebody help me with name that have same meaning, The name I picked is Niche properties LLC, I thought about dropping the E in niche and called Nich properties llc,May somebody help me with name issues I have.thank youkevin
