Hi,I own a multi family property in the Bronx and I am saving for a second while aggressively paying off over 100K in student loans.

A couple things I am doing to maximize my rentals are looking at properties near colleges/universities to rent to students as well as properties near tourist attractions to rent on sites like VRBO or AirBnB.

I guess I should add that it will be used as a student rental and is right next to the university.

After becoming a student of BiggerPockets, I think my depreciation and some other deductions haven't been filed correctly in the past.
