Out of state rental property past taxes filed incorrectly

I currently live in the Cleveland, OH area and I have an out of state rental property in Chicago.  After becoming a student of BiggerPockets, I think my depreciation and some other deductions haven't been filed correctly in the past.  Do I have any recourse or ways to make any adjustments this year.  Thanks in advance for advice.
