The way I see it the bigger the heads up the less stress for the tenant.

i am really stressed about it now as i found out how sever the damages are and it happened just 9 years ago.

Regardless of where the new people emigrating from, I think the challenges are basically the same (increased demand, stress on  infrastructure and services, etc).The real question is how are you going to use this information to alter your investing strategy? 

I always stress to the new tenant that it is for any damages and not rent.Most landlords/Property Managers ask for the same amount of deposit as monthly rent....I think this contributes to above problem.

Which turns into a whole lot of calling and non motivated people who figures they would press the "Tell me more" button because they were bored.

It would be much more helpful to get the latest rent AND the sales price history of the same unit.The only button that seems to apply is the "Housing Type" button that gives you a choice of either "Apt/Condo" or "House/Duplex".Does anyone know how to do this using Rentometer?
