Knowing that cash flow might be a problem has shifted my thinking from mostly looking at 15 year loans to 30 year loans, and maybe saving up a bit more to lower the LTV

I like shifting the expenses from you to the people that are living in the homes.

I may have to shift back to my home country in some time in future.

We as a society have learned this in the past, but present-day politics want us to forget it.

It's always great to hear details of making this kind of shift.

The fact that I work 2nd shift in the rat race limits what meeting I can go to and whatnot. 

If it is cracking stucco it could be due to shifting.

Following a big mindset shift I discovered Robert Kiyosaki, Bigger Pockets, Brandon Turner, David Greene, Grant Cardone, Kris Krohn and the list goes on and on I couldn’t stop reading or watching their informative videos all day every day for months being unemployed that’s what I did while also working a seasonal job on my girlfriends fathers food truck for some income learning everything I could about investing in real estate and the secrets of the wealthy knowing that this was it this was the thing that was going to be my vehicle building wealth and financial freedom!

Anyway, 12k later I had the foundation repaired because it was shifting a lot during the seasons still.
