I live in Cincinnati, OH. Is anyone in the area able to meet up to discuss real estate or know any groups? I am new to the field and am looking to buy my first rental.

I have been reading books, listening to podcasts, and watching Big Pockets YouTube videos as well as webinars but I would love to actually speak in person to someone. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
