My list is on my other computer, so here goes from memory:Roof, Furnace, water heater, AC, swamp cooler, lawn (I have some artificial lawns), electrical system, plumbing, windows, siding, kitchen, baths, floors, insulation. 

House is vacant and completely outdated, but structure, furnace, roof, windows are all good.

Like you need to know what kinda window trim you are installing when you are framing the house so that you space the windows far enough apart so that the trim doesn't touch each other when installed.

Ask for the year of the roof, windows, boiler, and electrical wiring.

Having differences in opinion on sink placement in the brand new kitchen on a flip.1) Along the wall at a window facing neighbors house2) Spend the money to move window to facing the rear of house3) Sink and dishwasher in the 6x3 island.Opinions form experiences welcome!

After recently spending several thousand dollars renovating a rental unit to what I thought was really nice, the new tenant asked if I would be willing to replace perfectly good sliding closet doors to newer, more modern ones.
