Today Cuba was taken from off the blacklist, laws will change a lot soon, many people will seek to get back the properties taken by the revolution years ago, nobody knows what the results will be, there are also some old laws which prevent people from buying or building property within a certain distance from the beach, many have been build in the last few years, who knows what will happen if the old laws take effect.

I am looking for a realtor to help me buy and sell properties in Baltimore, MD.  I am having trouble finding investor friendly agents.  Does anyone know anybody or have any suggestions on how to find them.Thanks

Since I'm seeking a mentor, it seems legit, but I don't what I'm REALLY up against. 

However, considering that some of you have experience marketing your deals and whatnot, I thought I'd seek your assistance with our current foster, Bain. 

This furthers the idea to seek a mortgage professional if the purpose is to see if you qualify for a loan.

although I don't know squat about commercial loans I'll echo Shane's recommendation of Brian from Relianz at 21st and Ridge.Doing a bunch of loans with him right now and has blown my expectations out of the water.His goal is truly to try to find a way to get his clients as close to possible of what the client is seeking.
